Regency Park Clean-Up 2017

Starting June 26th, we will begin a spring/summer cleanup throughout the park.  There will be dumpsters located in front of both ponds and one at the west end of 60th Drive.  These dumpsters are strictly to be used for the disposal of any home goods and any outdoor debris.  They are not to be used for regular garbage, tires, paint, or any flammable items or containers.  Anyone found to be using them for these means will be fined.

The purpose of this clean-up is to both help any homeowners wishing to dispose of any home goods such as furniture, boxes, or any other things cluttering up the home and it is also to give all homeowners a chance to clean up the yard surrounding their unit, and dispose of any unwanted landscaping and weeds.  The dumpsters will be out there from June 26th until July 3rd

We have already done an assessment of the exteriors of all the properties and will be doing one following this clean-up.  If we find that any of the units still have weeds or other items that are not to be stored outside per the rules and regulations, we will have our maintenance staff clean those things up and levy a fine of $50 to those unit owners.  The rules and regulations can be found on our website at www.regecyparkhoa.net.

Our mission here at Regency Park HOA is to try and beautify and preserve the value and beauty of our community.  This is your opportunity to pitch in and help keep this community looking pleasant and clean. If you need help with moving any items that are large and/or heavy and would like the help of our maintenance staff, please contact the office so we can set up a date and time for our staff to come and assist you. If you have any questions please contact the office by phone or by email.
