Regency Park Homeowners' Association
Regency Park HOA is a planned community located on 61st Avenue, in the Town of Merrillville.  It lies about a mile west of I-65 and just a few blocks east of Broadway.  Regency Park contains 204 privately owned two and three bedroom townhomes.  Just over half of the homes were built in the 1970's, with the remainder constructed in the early 1990's.  The Regency Park Homeowners’ Association, comprised of all of the property owners, governs the subdivision and owns and maintains the common grounds and facilities.

The association has an on-site manager and a maintenance crew. The office is located inside of the Clubhouse and is open weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. There are times when the office may be closed due to the manager keeping outside appointments.

The Regency Park Clubhouse is available to the residents for party and event rentals for up to 100 people. 

Public school students living in Regency Park attend one of four of the Merrillville Community Schools. Children in grades K through 4th attend Fieler Elementary. In grades 5 and 6 they attend Merrillville Intermediate School. Students in 7th and 8th they go to Pierce Middle School. From 9th through 12th, students attend Merrillville High School. Regency Park is located adjacent to Andrean High making it convenient for those who wish to attend the private Catholic school.

Our subdivision is conveniently located close to grocery stores, discount stores, and specialty shops.
